Jodie Pothier is the Head of People at Full Stack, where they lead the people strategy for over 90 employees, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. Jodie is a Skye Scholar and recent MSc graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, having completed their degree in Human Rights and Politics with Merit in 2024. Known for their expertise in foreign policy analysis, Jodie wrote a thesis on regional power dynamics in the Middle East. Prior to their current role, Jodie gained extensive experience in customer service across four international cities and earned a Bachelor's and post-graduate degree from the University of Cape Town, where they were awarded the Arnold Wynne Essay Prize for the highest graded political dissertation in 2022. Jodie has also completed A1-level language certificates in Spanish and Arabic.
