Ryan DelCotto

Ryan DelCotto is a seasoned sales leader and Chief Sales Officer at Fullbay, bringing over 15 years of SaaS experience to the role. Previously, Ryan served as Vice President of Sales at Truepic, where they successfully scaled annual recurring revenue from approximately $4 million to over $10 million while building a robust sales infrastructure. Prior to that, Ryan held various leadership positions at Blackbaud, notably as Country Manager for Blackbaud Canada, where they doubled ARR from $26 million to $52 million. At BoomTown, Ryan led substantial growth from $34 million to $92 million in ARR and was recognized with RepVue’s “Top Culture and Leadership” award for fostering a people-first culture. Ryan earned a BS in Economics and Political Science from the University of Kansas.
