Jonathan Back

Jonathan Back, M.Ed., currently serves as the Principal at Phoenix Academy within FullBloom, overseeing the educational needs of grades 7-12 students requiring learning interventions in a credit recovery setting. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Consultant at Blackline Institute and spent over a decade at The Janus School as the Director of Student Support Services and Director of Summer Programs, focusing on developing academic interventions, community outreach, and staff development. Prior roles include Dean of Students and various teaching positions at Steelton-Highspire School District and The Janus School, with experience in supporting students with learning differences. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from The Catholic University of America.
