Lee Dranikoff is the Founder and CEO of The Op Academy, established in 2025, and currently serves as a Board Member at FullBloom. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at American Securities from 2003 to 2022 and worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. from 1996 to 2003. Lee is also the Founder and CEO of Practical Strategy, a role they have held since 2022. They earned a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and a BA/MA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
