Teandra Sweet

Teandra Sweet, MAOL, is the current Director of Student Services at FullBloom, where they guide and assist the youth of Chicago with post-secondary exposure and endeavors. With over seven years of experience as a Team Leader (Dean) at FullBloom, Teandra has managed a team of Behavior Teachers at Excel Academy of South Shore, supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lewis University, and are CPR certified and QIDP qualified. Teandra is passionate about working with and advocating for individuals with various disabilities, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver both direct and indirect services effectively.
