Previously, Timothy held associate positions at Littler, Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, and The Bennett Law Firm, P.A., where they represented clients in state and federal courts and addressed complex employment issues. Timothy began their legal career as a litigation paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP after earning a Doctor of Law (JD), cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Colgate University. Timothy further enhanced their legal experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Juan R. Torruella at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
