Traci Adams

Traci Adams is an accomplished Benefits Manager with extensive experience in retirement plan administration. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager at FullBloom since October 2021, Traci previously held a similar role at Troutman Pepper, where responsibilities included managing the firm's retirement plans and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Prior to that, Traci worked as an Assistant Benefits Administrator at Pepper Hamilton LLP, performing similar duties related to retirement plan administration. Traci began the career in the financial sector as a Compliance Specialist at Merrill Lynch and also served as an Assistant Food Service Director at ARAMARK. Traci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University, completed in 1999.
