The Firm also provides legal assistance with alien employment certifications, employment based preference petitions, lawful permanent residence (green cards), consular non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing and naturalization applications. The Firm also assists clients in establishing compliance programs to meet immigration and labor department laws and regulations involving foreign workers.
