Mari Nergaard is currently the Head of Legal Department at FLSmidth Cement, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel at FLSmidth from 2020 to 2024 and as General Manager, Head of Global IPR Management at FLSmidth A/S from 2016 to 2020. Mari began their legal education at the University of Oslo, where they earned a Cand.Jur. degree, and later obtained an LL.M from King's College London.
