Subathra Deenadayalan is currently the Head of Project Management at Oerlikon Textile India Pvt. Ltd. and has been leading projects in automation for over 20 years. They previously served as the Global Head of Projects in the Automation Division at FLSmidth and gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer there. Subathra started their career as a Business Promotion Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Control System Engineer and Trainee at ISRO. They are pursuing an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and hold a BE in Instrumentation from Sethu Institute of Technology, Madurai.
