Fullerton Group has been established to bring together a growing portfolio of specialist businesses built over more than 20 years. What began with Professional Security has evolved through organic growth, long-term partnerships and strategic acquisitions into a group of companies operating across multiple sectors.

Fullerton Group provides leadership, governance and strategic direction across its operating companies, enabling them to deliver consistently high standards while remaining agile and focused within their markets. This approach balances local expertise with central oversight, ensuring quality, accountability and scalability across the organisation.

Our operating companies: Professional Security, Bridgegate Security, Armatus, CN Events, New Concept Security, Academy Training and No Guard Alone, continue to operate independently, each with their own teams, expertise and client relationships, while benefiting from the strength and structure of the wider group.

As we look ahead, our focus remains on strengthening our businesses, supporting our people and creating opportunities for continued growth. Fullerton Group represents the next stage in that journey - building on a strong legacy while shaping the future of the organisation.
