Amy Bogue

Amy Bogue is an accomplished healthcare leader with a robust background in nursing and executive coaching. Serving as the President and Founder of Allegro Family Clinic since 2012, Amy established one of the region’s first independent nurse-practitioner healthcare organizations, managing a team of over 60 members and overseeing multiple clinics, a MedSpa, and pharmacy affiliations. Additionally, Amy mentors executive and professional leaders through Full Focus, specializing in organizational skills, team empowerment, and strategic goal setting. Earlier nursing roles include positions at Northwest Medical Center, Wellstar Health System, and Carolinas HealthCare System, with a focus on patient care and mentorship. Amy holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from The University of Alabama.
