Chaim Seligman

Chaim Seligman is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate finance and commercial law, currently serving as Legal Counsel & Corporate Finance at Fullpath since June 2025. Prior to this, Chaim held the position of Legal Counsel for Corporate, Commercial & Privacy at Freightos, where responsibilities included advising global stakeholders, managing legal operations, and handling a diverse range of legal matters. Experience also includes a tenure at Freshfields, focusing on cross-border corporate M&A and dispute resolution, as well as supporting regulatory compliance and managing client relationships. Chaim's legal journey began with an internship at the Israeli State Attorney's Office after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Bar-Ilan University. Additional roles include leadership positions in student organizations and project management within non-profits.
