Merav Blum is currently a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at Fullpath, where they manage end-to-end hiring processes, specializing in R&D recruitment across Israel, and work closely with the leadership team to align hiring strategies with company growth. Previously, Merav held roles in talent acquisition, project management, and sales, including positions at In-Touch LTD, PAAMONIM, and Seacret. Merav completed their education at Sapir College, earning a degree while actively engaging in leadership roles within the student union. They are fluent in English and Hebrew and are passionate about building meaningful connections to support both talent acquisition and organizational development.
