Travis Pierson

Travis Pierson is an experienced leader in data engineering and analytics, currently serving as the Practice Lead at FULLPRESS since July 2025. Prior roles include positions at Mixpanel where Travis led marketing analytics and developed attribution models, and at Workstream where foundational data infrastructure was established. Additional experience encompasses talent analytics at Reddit during significant growth, people analytics at Dropbox, and involvement in recruiting analytics at GE Digital as part of its Human Resources Leadership Program. Travis began an academic career as a research assistant at Penn State University, contributing to studies on pro-environmental actions.
