Full Refit is a fractional AI and automation practice for companies between $1M and $10M that have outgrown their startup systems.

We embed inside companies and deliver two things simultaneously:

Layer 1 — Operational Infrastructure: Sales intelligence systems, institutional knowledge bases, content engines, onboarding documentation, and process automations that solve the operational problems holding the business back.

Layer 2 — Team AI Capability: Practitioner-level AI tools configured for specific roles — your ops manager, your sales director, your marketing coordinator — and taught in the context of their actual work. Your $65K ops manager starts performing like a $120K hire.

Most consultants build systems and leave. Most trainers run workshops and leave. We do both — and the systems are 3x more valuable because the team knows how to use them.

What that looks like in practice: a 12-month embedded engagement where we built a sales call intelligence system (every call analyzed, every product claim verified), an institutional knowledge base (472 documents, searchable through Slack), a content engine, brand identity, and operational automations — then configured AI tools for every key role and taught each person to use them.

When we step back, the systems keep running and the team keeps getting better.

Entry point: The AI Reality Check — a 5-day diagnostic sprint where we walk into your operations, test AI against your real workflows with your real data, and deliver a board-ready report that tells you exactly what works, what doesn't, and what it costs. $7,500.

If AI doesn't meaningfully improve your operations, we'll tell you that. You won't hear that from a vendor.
