Chad Shaw

Chad Shaw is a dynamic underwriting leader with extensive experience in employee benefits and reinsurance. They have served as the Director of Underwriting at FullscopeRMS since 2001, where they focus on profitability, growth, and client satisfaction while mentoring new underwriters and developing operational processes. Previously, Chad worked as a Senior Underwriter at Unum from 1997 to 2001, managing large group disability and long-term care insurance cases. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management at the University of Southern Maine, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maine.
