Prior to Fullscript, Adam held multiple leadership positions at Shopify from January 2013 to May 2017, where notable achievements included launching initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scaling customer support operations significantly. Adam's career began at The Ottawa Hospital, contributing to various IT and technical support roles from July 2005 to January 2013. Adam is a graduate of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
