As Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, Ashley Koch has a proven track record in driving enterprise value creation and operational performance in healthcare. She brings a diverse skill set in partnering with the business to accelerate growth, building infrastructure and processes to drive performance, and developing and actioning insights to execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Prior to Fullscript, Ashley was CFO of Shields Health Solutions, a PE-backed accelerator and integrator of specialty pharmacies for health systems, and CFO of Steward Medical Group, the largest multi-specialty provider group as part of a national PE-backed integrated health care system. Ashley began her career in financial advisory services and portfolio operations for Cerberus Capital Management.
