Chloe Reimer

Chloe Reimer is an experienced Technical Lead who currently manages a team of engineers at Fullscript, focusing on MarTech since March 2022. Prior to that, Chloe spent nearly six years at Prodigy Education, where significant contributions included improving a Rails monolith serving over 5 million daily sessions and leading various technical initiatives to enhance system reliability. Chloe's roles at Prodigy also involved backend engineering, Agile coaching, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, culminating in a successful transition from developer to leadership positions. Earlier experience includes full stack development at Fluid Media Inc and Albanese Branding & Communications Inc. Chloe holds a degree in Computer Systems Technology - Software Development from Mohawk College.
