Chunhui Teng

Chunhui Teng is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web application development and software design. Currently serving as a Senior Ruby Engineer at Fullscript since July 2022, Teng previously held various roles at the Bank of Canada from January 2016, including Senior Software Developer and Developer in Enterprise Applications. From November 2008 to November 2015, Teng was a Senior Software Developer and Lead Designer at Blackberry, specializing in PHP, JEE, and Ruby on Rails technologies. Earlier, at Nortel Networks from January 1996 to September 2008, Teng excelled as a Senior Network/Security Management Software Developer, contributing significantly to federal government solutions and leading software design initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from The Chinese Academy of Sciences. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology was earned at the University of Science and Technology of China.
