Dylan Roach

Dylan Roach has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Manager of Onboarding at Fullscript since March 2017, with prior positions including Manager of Client Services, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Support Specialist. Before Fullscript, Dylan worked as Manager of Fitness at Ottawa Athletic Club from December 2014 to March 2017 and held a role in Group Sales for the Ottawa Senators at the National Hockey League from September 2013 to March 2014. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Carleton University (2008-2012) and a Graduate Certificate in Sport Business Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (2013-2014).
