Ethan Tornheim

Ethan Tornheim currently serves as a Talent Analytics Contractor at Fullscript since May 2023, previously holding positions as a Learning and Talent Analytics Intern and Learning and Development Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Behavior Technician at both Blue Bird Day and Hopebridge, as well as working as a Cook at The Village Deli and participating in the Lewis Summer Internship Program at Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago, which focused on developing professional skills related to Jewish history and culture. Additional roles include Stocker at Ace Hardware Corporation, Seasonal Maintenance Worker for the Village of Northbrook, and Food Server at Boston Market. Ethan Tornheim is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
