Jess Hendren

Jess Hendren is a Senior UX Designer at Fullscript, currently leveraging their expertise in user experience and interaction design. With a rich background in hospitality, travel, and tourism, Jess previously contributed as a Senior Product Designer at DINR, where they designed end-to-end experiences for mobile applications. Jess spent 15 years in the hospitality industry, including roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Scale Hospitality, developing essential skills in understanding customer needs and creating tailored experiences. They hold a diploma in UX Design from BrainStation and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
