Jessica Case is a Senior Manager of People Operations at Fullscript, where they are currently driving initiatives in the field. Previously, Jessica managed HR operations at ServiceTitan, leading a team and collaborating on various HR processes and programs. Earlier in their career, Jessica held multiple HR roles at Shopify, including HR Coordinator and Talent M&A partner, where they supported global acquisitions and integrations. Jessica's experience also includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Meridia Recruitment Solutions. They are currently pursuing a Business Administration Diploma at Nova Scotia Community College.
