Joshua Scharf

Joshua Scharf is a experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in Ruby and platform engineering. Currently serving as the Technical Lead in Platform Engineering at Fullscript since October 2019, Joshua manages teams, oversees project management, and participates in roadmap planning. Previous roles at Fullscript include Senior Ruby Engineer and Ruby Engineer II, focusing on Ruby and Rails upgrades, security enhancements, and code refactoring. Joshua’s prior experience includes software engineering positions at Ciena, Ackroo, IBM, TITUS, and Shared Services Canada, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, NodeJS, and various frameworks. Joshua holds a degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in 2015.
