Julie Moore

Julie Moore is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition lead at Fullscript since March 2024, Julie is responsible for recruitment efforts in Commercial, Professional Services, Go-to-Market roles, and Executive Search, while also enhancing programmatic offerings such as interview training. Prior to this role, Julie spent several years at Shopify, where leadership of the Executive Recruitment function involved overseeing searches for Director, VP, and C-Suite positions globally and managing a high-performing team of recruiters. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Department of National Defence and a Human Resources Advisor at Transport Canada, where strategic recruitment and HR planning were key responsibilities. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in HR Management from the University of Waterloo.
