Maddy Collins

Maddy Collins (Tremblay) currently serves as the Culture Events Lead at Fullscript, where they lead the planning and execution of company-wide events that foster engagement and build an intentional culture. Maddy previously worked at Shopify in various roles including Internal Solutions Coordinator, Event Liaison, and Culture Events Specialist, contributing significantly to enhancing team experiences. They also held positions at Republic Live Inc, Synchro Canada, and the Ottawa Sport & Social Club, where they managed events and coordinated logistics for multiple projects. Maddy earned a Bachelor of Sport Management, Honours from Brock University.
