Magda Richardson

Magda Richardson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of People Business Partners at Fullscript since September 2025, Magda previously held the position of Senior Global People Partner & Executive Advisor at ServiceTitan, where responsibilities included talent readiness prior to the company's IPO and advising senior executives. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Shopify as Senior Manager of Global HR Business Partner, leading a team focused on leadership development and talent management, as well as teaching in the Human Resources Graduate Program at Algonquin College.
