Max Silverbrook

Max Silverbrook is an experienced professional in product strategy and design, currently serving as the Director of Patient Experience at Fullscript since September 2025. As a Partner at BaD Design since May 2019, Max focuses on improving behavior and decision-making through a comprehensive understanding of human behavior. Previous roles include Principal of Product Strategy and Lead User Experience Researcher at Thomson Reuters, where Max led customer experience measurement across over 30 products. Prior experience includes Director of Research and Design at Ayogo Health, Senior Design Researcher at Bridgeable, and project coordination at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from Western University and a Bachelor of Science Honors from Queen's University.
