Tess McCormick

Tess McCormick currently serves as the Director of Partner Management and Strategy at Fullscript, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Tess accumulated extensive experience at Kohl's over nearly 13 years, holding various positions such as Merchandise Manager/Buyer for Men’s and Women’s Footwear, Merchant Manager/Buyer for Sephora Fragrance, and Planning Manager across multiple categories including Beauty and Socks. Earlier in the career at Kohl's, Tess began as an Assistant Buyer for Kids Apparel and progressed through roles including Divisional Localization Planner and Merchant Business Analyst for Kids. Tess holds a degree in Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Business and Retail from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2012, where involvement included participation in the Women in Business organization.
