Thusha Agampodi

Thusha Agampodi is a highly experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Fullscript. They previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Aurora Solar and were the Head of Engineering at Tread, where they contributed to optimizing the digital movement of construction materials. Agampodi began their career as a Software Developer at ActivCard Inc. and advanced through various positions at BlackBerry, ultimately becoming an Engineering Manager there. They played a key role at Magnet Forensics as an engineering leader and the first employee at the Ottawa site, where they helped build an award-winning engineering team. Thusha earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Carleton University.
