Julie Clavier

Julie Clavier serves as the Deputy Branch Chief for Cyber Effects Operations in the United States Air Force, where responsibility includes leading a team to analyze and implement cyber policies to meet training and retention needs for cyber operations talent. Clavier has held multiple roles, including Cyber Defense Branch Chief for Air Mobility Command, where management of Mission Defense Team activities and the protection of Key Cyber Terrain were paramount. Experience also includes serving as Cyber Training Manager, where identification and mitigation of training shortfalls was essential, and as an Information Operations Planner, integrating cyber capabilities with information operations. Clavier's background encompasses leading a Defensive Cyber Operations crew at the 33d Network Warfare Squadron, instructing at the 333d Training Squadron, and further education with a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
