Pawan Benjamin

Pawan Benjamin is a Senior Learner Experience Manager at Fullstack Academy, leading a team to enhance learner satisfaction and graduation rates across multiple cohorts. With a focus on operational efficiency, Pawan has spearheaded the automation of tasks and previously held positions including Learner Experience Manager, Assistant Manager of Academic Success, Instructor, and Teaching Fellow. Pawan also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the TEJ Fellowship, advocating for equity in education for underrepresented communities. Additionally, Pawan manages a web development project for Mariposa Wellness LLC and operates Pawan Benjamin Music as a performer and educator, having collaborated with notable artists and performed at prestigious venues globally. Pawan's background in music education includes roles as Associate Dean at the True School of Music and Instructor at the American School of Bombay. Pawan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies from Manhattan School of Music.
