Lorena Barale, PMP®, CSM®, and CPO, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at FullStack Labs and a Sr. Program Manager at Domo, Lorena previously held key positions at TradeLanes, Observatorio de Políticas Sociales, and CIDS, where leadership and agile methodologies were pivotal. With a strong educational background in Business Administration and Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and instrumental performance in violin from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Lorena has successfully managed significant projects, fostered team collaboration, and introduced agile frameworks to enhance project delivery.
