Will Breskman

Will Breskman serves as a Principal at Bregal Sagemount, a private equity fund managing $7.5 billion, since August 2017. In addition to this role, Will holds multiple board member positions across several companies, including TrustArc, Orange Logic, Scorpion, FullStack Labs, and Optima Partners Compliance Advisory, all starting in 2022 or 2023. Will previously served on the board of Steele Compliance Solutions, Inc. until its exit in March 2021. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Will worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2015, and attended The Episcopal Academy from 1998 to 2011.
