Douglas Cissna

Douglas Cissna has extensive work experience in the modular construction industry. Douglas is currently the Director of Operations at FullStack Modular, where they oversee responsibilities related to design, manufacturing, and on-site delivery. Douglas manages factory foremen to ensure high-quality manufacturing and time efficiency. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at BOXX Modular, where they managed all major projects and project processes from inception. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Black Gold Oilfield Services LLC, where they were responsible for the construction and operation of a hospitality platform serving the oil & gas industry. Douglas significantly increased revenue and reduced accident rates during their tenure. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Teton Buildings, LLC, where they had full P&L responsibility for the modular division and successfully opened manufacturing facilities in Houston, TX, and Bogota, Colombia.

Douglas Cissna attended Auburn High School from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Diploma in General studies.
