Libby Tucker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles and industries. Libby is the founder and CEO of FullStackRemote, an organization that connects senior level tech talent with companies, combining tech and human screening for long-term hires. In addition, Libby founded LiveWorkAnywhere, a resource site for digital nomads and remote workers. Libby also worked as the Head of Growth at Cheddar, managing a team to drive down customer acquisition costs and increase signups through various marketing strategies.
Libby joined Civic Eagle as the Director of Sales Operations, leading SMB outreach efforts and utilizing account-based marketing to generate leads for the sales team. Libby contributed to the growth of Civic Eagle, a venture-backed tech startup with diverse leadership and notable customers. Prior to this, Libby founded CoLiveWorking, creating a co-living and co-working community for entrepreneurs and professionals.
Libby also had leadership roles at Crossover and Elance-oDesk, where they managed teams, developed talent advocacy programs, and established partnerships. Libby founded Beer2Buds, an online digital gifting service, and later pivoted to Promobomb, a SaaS digital promotions management platform.
Furthermore, Libby served as the CMO and Advisor at SureDone, where they assisted with fundraising and streamlined the customer onboarding process. Earlier in their career, they worked at TalentSpring as a Product Manager and Interim COO, contributing to product development, marketing campaigns, and sales planning.

Libby Tucker completed their high school education at Port Washington High School from 1990 to 1994. During their time there, they studied economics, Spanish, German, and calculus. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at St. Norbert College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Libby'smajor was in International Business, with additional focus on Spanish and economics. In 1997, Libby also participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de León, specializing in International Economics.
