Andy Hicks

Andy Hicks is a seasoned software security lead with over twenty-three years of active-duty experience in the United States military, culminating in the role of Chief Petty Officer. They currently drive security strategy and implementation at Fullsteam, focusing on application security and compliance. Previously, Andy served as a cybersecurity specialist in the US Army, where they managed information assurance policies, and as a senior information security analyst at Silvergate Bank. Additionally, Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Management from Jacksonville University and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland University College.
