Will Highsmith

Will Highsmith, CISSP, currently serves as the Director of Defensive Security at Fullsteam since November 2023. Prior to this role, Will held various positions at Phreesia from June 2015 to November 2023, including Senior Manager of Incident Response and Manager of Security Intelligence and Incident Response. Will's extensive experience encompasses security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at VC3 and support engineer positions at NCR & Teradata Corporation, V3 Networks, and Zeris Interactive. Will holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Certificate from Wake Technical Community College.
