Chip Lay

Chip Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Product for Data and Director of Product Strategy at Fullstory since January 2018, Chip has held various roles, including Principal Product Designer and Staff Product Designer. Previously, at Door to Door Organics from June 2016 to November 2017, Chip led a cross-functional team as a Product Designer, focusing on user needs during a merger. Experience also includes serving as a Full Stack Engineer at Relay Foods and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Lay Baby Lay, while co-founding and leading Hybrid Design as Owner. Chip holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, having completed studies between 2000 and 2005.
