Mark Stanislav

Mark Stanislav, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mark currently holds the position of VP, Security Engineering & GRC at FullStory since September 2022. Before joining FullStory, they served as VP, Product Security at the same company from May 2022 to September 2022. Prior to FullStory, Mark was VP, Information Security at Gemini from July 2021 to May 2022. Mark also held the role of Director, Security Engineering at Gemini from April 2021 to July 2021. Mark's experience includes working at Cisco as an Information Security Architect (Security & Trust) from February 2020 to April 2021 and as the Head of Product Security (Duo Security) from May 2017 to February 2020. Mark also worked at Philips as a Product Security Officer from October 2016 to May 2017. Mark's earlier roles include working at Rapid7 as the Manager of Security Advisory Services from January 2016 to October 2016 and as a Senior Security Consultant from December 2014 to January 2016. Mark Stanislav, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cyber Operations (Security) from Dakota State University from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they received a Master of Science degree in Technology Studies (Information Assurance) from Eastern Michigan University spanning from 2009 to 2011. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Networking and IT Administration from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Mark has additional certifications in areas such as Amateur Radio - Technician Class, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge, Security+, and Linux+.
