Ashley Tadla came from a small town outside Youngstown, Ohio and attended the University of Mount Union, where she graduated with a degree in Accounting. Ashley spent the first 10 years of her career in Columbus, Ohio working in Accounting/Finance, primarily within the Restaurant Industry.
