Fully Funded Academy helps missionaries, ministry leaders, and nonprofit professionals raise full financial support through proven fundraising strategies, donor development, and modern communication skills.

Founded by Mary Valloni and Mike Kim, Fully Funded Academy has served thousands of missionaries since 2018.

Mary brings over 20 years of fundraising experience with organizations including the American Cancer Society, the ALS Association, and the Special Olympics. Mike is a Wall St. Journal bestselling author and marketing strategist whose clients include faith-based organizations such as Catalyst, People of the Second Chance, and Global Mission Awareness.

Together, we created the FREEDOM Framework — a 7-step roadmap that teaches missionaries and ministry workers how to focus their vision, enlist a team, enhance their brand, and organize their ask. Our members have collectively raised millions of dollars using these field-tested principles.

Fully Funded Academy offers online training, group coaching, templates, scripts, and a supportive community for Christian missionaries and nonprofit leaders who want to grow their donor base, write winning support letters, plan year-end fundraising campaigns, and host fundraising events — without burning relationships or relying on outdated tactics.

Our bestselling book, Fully Funded: The Christian Missionary's 7-Step Guide to Raising Support and Growing Your Donor Base in Today's Modern World, is available at fullyfundedbook.com with free companion resources including a downloadable workbook, templates, and scripts.

Whether you are a new missionary raising your first dollar of support or a seasoned ministry leader looking to break through a funding plateau, Fully Funded Academy provides the strategy, tools, and community to help you get and stay fully funded.
