Jake Pennington

Jake Pennington is a System Support Specialist at Fully, with experience in moderating IT helpdesk tickets, supporting end-users, and managing IT infrastructure and equipment. Prior roles include IT Project Manager and Systems Support Associate, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership and documentation, as well as ongoing support for IT systems.
