Robert Pointer

Robert Pointer is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in quality engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Fulton Bellows, LLC since June 2016, Robert has previously held positions such as Quality Engineering Specialist at Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee, Inc., where contributions included leading the quality efforts for the first injection molded cylinder head cover. With a decade of experience at Cooper Standard, Robert successfully managed special quality projects, implemented ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality certifications, and developed a testing and calibration system that significantly reduced costs and dimensional issues. Earlier roles included Quality Control Technician at Cooper Standard and Quality Control at Techmer PM, showcasing a progressive career in quality assurance from early technical roles to leadership positions. Robert holds an AAS in Chemical Environmental Engineering from Pellissippi State Community College.
