Mike Cernich

Mike Cernich, CPA, currently serves as the SVP Assistant Controller at Fulton Financial Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at TD from April 2012 to February 2023, including Regulatory Capital Reporting Manager, Finance Transformation Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, and Regulatory Reporting Manager. Mike also served as Sr Regulatory Reporting Manager at WFNNB from November 2010 to March 2012 and as Financial and Accounting Policy Lead at ING Direct from August 2004 to October 2010. Mike began the professional career as a Sr Auditor at Crowe from September 2001 to July 2004. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from John Carroll University.
