Richard Mihell

Richard Mihell is a seasoned professional in infrastructure management, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Airfield Infrastructure and Specialty Surfacing at Fulton Hogan Industries Pty Ltd since October 2023. With over a decade of experience at Fulton Hogan, Richard Mihell has held the position of Special Projects Manager, overseeing airfield maintenance operations that include runway grooving and concrete repairs with advanced specialty products. Prior to this, Richard Mihell worked as an Area Manager at Downer, where responsibilities included managing bitumen and seal coating businesses in Northwest NSW. Richard Mihell began a career in pavement maintenance as Operations Manager at Australian Pavement Maintenance Systems, coordinating contract operations for airfield maintenance works. Richard Mihell holds an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Open University and completed education at Tamworth High School.
