Simon Drew

Simon Drew is a Chartered Professional Engineer specializing in 3 Waters Engineering, with extensive experience in project governance, delivery, team capability building, and risk management. They began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Opus International Consultants Limited from 2000 to 2004, followed by roles at MWH as a Civil Engineer (2005-2009) and at Beca as Principal and Dunedin Branch Manager (2010-2017). Simon served as General Manager of Infrastructure Services at Dunedin City Council from 2018 to 2023 and is currently the National Water Manager at Fulton Hogan. Simon earned a BE Hons in Environmental Engineering from the University of Canterbury between 1997 and 2000.
