Stephen Lowe has extensive experience in management and leadership roles within the infrastructure and services sectors. Since September 2017, Stephen has served as General Manager for both the South Island and Upper North Island at Fulton Hogan, following a progression from Regional Manager. Prior to this, Stephen was the Chief Executive at Buller Holdings Ltd from November 2013 to September 2017 and worked as General Manager at WestReef Services Ltd from May 2010 to November 2013. Stephen's career at Fulton Hogan began in November 2000, where Stephen initially held the position of Contract Manager until May 2010.
